To create a hidden folder follow the steps below:
- Right Click on your desktop or any other location.
- Click on new and then click Folder.
- Note: This trick works only for folders and not for other files.
- Click Rename and type alt+255(from Numpad) and you'll see that the folder is having no name.
- If you don't have numpad just copy the character below:
- Your folder will loo like this one:
- Then then click on the folder and click properties.
- Under properties, click on customize. In the window search and open change Icon. Change Icon is located at the bottom of the tab.
- You'll see many Icons. You have to choose one which is Completely White. You'll get 4 icons which are blank. You can choose any ! You can see 3 of them in the boxes.
- Then click OK, then apply,then again OK.
- You will see that the folder is not visible.
- Don't panic thinking how you'll open the folder as the folder has not vanished but it has become invisible. To open the folder, go to the location where you had seen/created the folder. You'll see that the folder gets highlighted when you hover your cursor over it. Double Click on it and the folder will open !

OR,
we just have to type alt+255
You have to press alt key and hold it then type 255 from numpad.
